Cancellations and Refunds
After uploading a final paper no refund of the corresponding registration fee is possible.
Cancellation and refund of in-person registration fees that do not correspond to final paper uploads are possible. Requests must be made via email at mario.sassano@uniroma2.it with the subject “Cancellation IFAC ACNDC 27 NAME SURNAME” until April 15, 2027. No refunds will be made after this date.
Cancellations are subject to an administrative fee €150.
Transferring a registration is possible. A student can transfer her/his registration only to another student. Please contact the secretariat via email at mario.sassano@uniroma2.it. for further information.
Force Majeure
Unexpected cancellation of the conference. The organising commitee reserves itself the right to cancel without notice or compensation IFAC ACNDC 2027 in the event of force majeure cases (for example, but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, earthquake, hurricane, flood or terrorist attacks). In such cases, the organising commitee is freed of all responsibility.
Limitation of liability. In the event of it being impossible to carry out the IFAC ACNDC 2027 for force majeure cases, so long as this arises from a cause not attributable to the organisers, the organisers shall only be obliged to reimburse the payments received subject to deduction of any costs it has incurred in preparing the event. This liability only extends to the payments made directly to the IFAC ACNDC 2027 and not to payments made by the attendees to the hotel or airlines.
