When you will click on the link below, you will reach the MyForm page (the website is in French – we apologise for any inconvenience).
1. You have to select “Externe” (follow the red arrow).
2. You will need to create an account in MyForm, with your surname, first name and email address.
3. If you do not reach directly the Registration Page, please click again in the link below.
4. You can proceed to the registration. In presence: To attend the workshop in Douai – Remote participant (Online): To virtually attend to the workshop.

All attendees should register to the conference. Early registration before September, 26th 2025
Regular registration allows to upload up to 2 final papers to the Proceedings.
Student registration allows to upload up to 1 final paper to the Proceedings.
Additional paper upload: 100€.
