Registration site

Online registration is already open!

Registration is managed through the UPV’s CFP portal, so a CFP account will be needed to access the registration process. To do so, click on the button above, and then, on the button “Create your CFP account”. Upon completion, the conference registration form will become available.


Registration fees

Registration fees include attendance in person to the conference, lunch and coffee breaks, social events, and banquet dinner. All attendees must register to the conference. A registration for accompanying persons is also available, granting an extra ticket for social events and the conference dinner.

All attendees should register to the conference.

Early registration before 15 March 2025.

Regular registration allows to upload up to 1 final paper to the Proceedings. A second additional paper upload is allowed (+ 100 €).
Student registration allows to upload up to 1 final paper to the Proceedings. No additional paper upload is allowed.

Registration grants.

A limited number of registrations will be free for young students. If you are eligible for a free registration, you should:
1. Complete your registration selecting the option “Registration Grant” in the Registration category.
2. Send an email to edt25@upv.es with documentation proving your student status.

The deadline to apply for this grant is Thursday, March 06, 2025 23:59 CET (UTC +1).

Applicants will be contacted before Friday, March 14, 2025 to inform them whether:
• they will be granted a free registration,
• or they have not been selected. In this case, they will receive instructions about how to make the payment of the corresponding fee

There is a limited number of “registration grants” and they are also limited per institution. If the conditions are met, applicants will be granted a free registration in order of request (first come, first served).

Conference grants.

Three “conference grant” calls are featured in EDT25 (as described in https://conferences.ifac-control.org/edt2025/participate/#grants-call).
The registration form will ask all participants to select the “conference grant” they wish to apply for (“Young author”, “Young investigator”, or “Innovation”), as shown in the following figure. If none of them applies, leave the selection blank.


Details and Cancelation Policy

Cancelation of registration is possible before the late registration deadline. Until 15 April 2025, only a cancellation fee will be charged (100 € cancellation fee). As of 16 April 2025, the cancellation fee will amount to the full registration fee.
