It may also be an opportunity to discuss ongoing research. Submissions are in the form of an extended abstract of at most 4 pages. Discussion Contributions have a late submission deadline and will go under a fast review process based on the relevance to the audience at CONFERENCE NAME. Presentations of Discussion Contribution may be either in oral sessions or in interactive sessions. Submissions shall provide the pdf of the paper as it is accepted in the journal together with a copy of the journal acceptance letter. Presentations of Dissemination Contributions shall be in oral sessions in a 20 minutes format, including questions. The proposals are listed on the conference <a href=\"#open-invited-tracks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">website<\/a>, and anyone can submit contributions for such tracks as long as the content of the contribution is adapted to the track topics. There is no limitation on the number of contributions per track. Open Invited Track Regular Contributions are reviewed following the same rules as Regular Contributions, and the Papers are published in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/journal\/ifac-papersonline\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IFAC-PapersOnLine proceedings<\/a> with a 6 pages limit. The topics should fall within the scope of the FDA community and should be sufficiently specific (and not too broad). Contributions to open invited tracks can be in any of the four paper formats: Regular papers, Survey papers or Discussion papers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Open invited tracks have no limit on the number of papers, and the organizers are responsible for attracting contributors; the proposal will be advertised on the website, and anyone interested can submit their contributions.<\/p>\n<p aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<div aria-hidden=\"true\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div aria-hidden=\"true\">\n<p>Open invited tracks have no upper limit on the number of papers but only tracks having gathered more than five papers will be included in the program as open invited track sessions. An open invited track proposal should be limited to 6 pages (in any template) and include:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"plain\">\n<li>Title<\/li>\n<li>Abstract<\/li>\n<li>Choice of an IFAC technical committee for evaluation (via the choice of the first keyword)<\/li>\n<li>Detailed description of the topic<\/li>\n<li>Link to a web page to further describe the track (optional but recommended)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ICFDA 2025 website will advertise the submitted open invited tracks. Organizers are asked to submit proposals as early as possible and no later than June 25 2025. Up on submission of the proposal, the organizers will obtain an open invited track code. This code will also be displayed on the congress web site. Contributors are asked to enter this invited track code when submitting their papers.<\/p>\n<p>As soon as an open invited track proposal is submitted, the IPC chairs will check the relevance of the submitted topic with respect to the scope of FDA and verify if the covered topics are not too broad or if the topics are already covered by previously submitted tracks. This raises a critical question: how should fractional elements be meaningfully integrated into models of disease dynamics? In these last fields, important considerations such as modeling, system identification and observability are now linked to long-range dependence phenomena. It is expected that such an open invited track will attract new researchers regarding the growing research and developments on fractional calculus in the areas of mathematics, physics, engineering and particularly in automatic control. Mathematics-based neuronal modeling provides a structured approach for probing these dynamics, facilitating the comprehension of individual neuron behavior and collective activities of neural networks. In complex and other systems, fractional dynamics and differentiation come to the fore through models of ODEs or PDEs with integer order, ordinary and partial differential equations, and so on. Hence, novel mathematical-informed schemes enable various complex processes\u2019 understanding by comprising heterogeneous spatio-temporal scales, while AI is for maximizing models\u2019 accuracy and minimizing functions as well as computational burden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paradigms of nonlinear science owing to its interdisciplinary nature require the generation of a systematic mathematical framework where complexity of natural phenomena hints the identifying their commonalities. Via the reflection systems\u2019 actual properties, FC exhibits latent variations, which enables integration and differentiation. This is awarded for the best <strong>CONFERENCE NAME<\/strong> paper of which the first and presenting author is the main contributor of the research results in the paper, and where<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\">[choose one of the two options for your conference]<br>[choice A] the candidate is less than 30 years old at the time of the event (motivated exemptions on the age criterion to deal with gender and cultural differences so as to allow for a fair competition are allowed).<br>[choice A] the candidate has the Student status at the time of paper submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:14px\">Nominations are solicited after the final submission of papers is closed. Nominations are made by colleagues of the young author (no self-nominations). Nominations are done using the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/ifac.papercept.net\/conferences\/scripts\/start.pl\" target=\"_blank\">IFAC Submission Management System<\/a>. The IFAC Young Author Award Selection Committee shall determine a short list of finalists, based on the gathered reviews and on their own reading of the paper.
