The Conference is included in the IFAC Conference App which allows at all times of the conference

The workshop will take place at Technische Universität Berlin, campus Charlottenburg.

The rooms for the two parallel sessions are

  • Track 1: EW 201 in the Eugene-Paul-Wigner Building, Hardenbergstraße 36
  • Track 2: H 3007 in the Main Building, Straße des 17. Juni 135.

The welcome reception on Monday, October 11, at 19:00 will take place in

  • the Mathematics Library, room MA 163 in the Mathematics Building, Straße des 17. Juni 136.

Virtual participation

If you participate remotely in the workshop, you will find the access data for the two sessions in the IFAC app (mobile or web version). The virtural rooms are

  • Zoom Room 1 = EW 201
  • Zoom Room 2 = H 3007.

Please make sure that you have a recent Zoom version installed on your device (5.8.0 or higher).

Accomodation

The neighborhood of TU Berlin offers a high density of hotels with a price range of about EUR 50 – 100 per night.

Visa Regulations and Invitation Letters

Information on German Visa Regulation can be found here. We provide invitation letters upon request for participants who have registered the conference with approved scientific contribution. In that case, please check the visa regulations, and send us the necessary data which are explicitly needed (e.g. birth information) in the invitation letters. We need in particular your name and affiliation, and the ID or title of your contribution. Make sure that the payment of conference fees was successful.
