Workshop in Hybrid Format<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Important Information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Due to the current situation with the Covid-19 pandemic and in order to comply with any coming changes in regulations, we will hold the workshop in a hybrid format<\/strong>. In principle, in order to join in presence you have to be vaccinated<\/strong>, recovered<\/strong> from Covid-19 or have a negative test not older than 24 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concerning traveling to Germany<\/strong>, please consult the website<\/a> of the Federal Foreign Office to check the precise regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For purposes of on-site organization, pleased let us know (e-mail to\u00a0contact@lhmnc21.org<\/a>) by\u00a0September 20, 2021<\/strong>\u00a0whether you plan to join\u00a0in presence or virtually<\/strong>\u00a0and if the latter is the case indicate your time zone so that we can try to accomodate for this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Covid-19 Rules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

2G rule:<\/strong> In the federal state of Berlin, restaurants and other facilities are allowed to limit entrance to people who are either vaccinated <\/strong>or recovered <\/strong>from a Covid-19 infection (2G = \u201cgeimpft\u201d or \u201cgenesen\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They can, however, also apply the 3G rule<\/strong> (3G = \u201cgeimpft\u201d or \u201cgenesen\u201d or \u201cgetestet\u201d), which allows entrance also if you can provide a recent negative test certificate. There is a testing station<\/strong> close to TU Berlin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In any case, a corresponding proof (e.g., the EU digital Covid certificate) must be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
