The joint 11th IFAC Symposium on Robust Control Design (ROCOND’25) and 6th IFAC Workshop on Linear Parameter Varying Systems (LPVS’25) takes place in Porto, Portugal, July 2–4, 2025.  

This joint event aims to present the most advanced developments in theory and industry applications of a large intersection of topics in the field of robust control and linear parameter varying systems.  It provides a privileged forum for discussion between young researchers and specialists in the field. Due to a large intersection of topics and possible attendees, the main goal of the  joint organisation is to allow for the simultaneous attendance to the events and therefore foster fruitful discussions and interactions.

Porto is one of the oldest tourist destinations in Europe and benefits from a privileged geographic location, complemented by a modern transport and communications network as well as a vibrant night life. Porto is very close to Alto Douro Wine Region, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, very well known for its outstanding wines and gastronomy. The venue of the conference will be in the very heart of Porto.
