Eighteen years after its 2009-edition in Saint-Malo, the IFAC Symposium on System Identification returns to France, this time in Lyon.
SYSID 2027 will be held at ECAM LaSalle, an engineering school located at:

Travel to and from ECAM LaSalle
The entire city is easily accessible from ECAM LaSalle thanks to an efficient public transportation system.
ECAM LaSalle is indeed just a short walk from the “Minimes Théatres Romains” funicular station (see picture below). In just two minutes, the funicular will take you down to the “Vieux Lyon” metro station, right in the heart of the historic Old Town, ideal for discovering local restaurants during the lunch breaks.
If you prefer to walk, you can also reach the Old Town (and its metro station) on foot by descending the hill via either the montée des Chazeaux or the montée Saint-Barthélemy (see the picture below).

The city is also well-connected by rail, with two main stations (Lyon Part-Dieu and Lyon Perrache) offering high-speed links to major French cities and international hubs like Brussels, Milan, Frankfurt, Geneva, and Barcelona.
A dedicated tramway line provides a quick 30-minute connection between the airport and Lyon Part-Dieu station.
