The scope of the conference will cover different aspects and topics (technological, methodological, cultural ) that impact on international stability.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:14px\">Technology development leads to dramatic changes in international stability. It has never been so important to examine system stability. Currently and during recent years social international and national systems of control have been shown to be inadequate and prone to be unstable. Many basic assumptions are no longer certain and definitively questioned.
