Theme and vision IFAC World Congress<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Dutch Institute of Systems and Control (DISC), the Dutch National Member Organization (NMO) of IFAC, is honoured to host the 24th IFAC World Congress<\/strong>, taking place from 8\u201313 July 2029 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is our great privilege and pleasure to welcome control scientists, engineers, researchers and students from around the world to Amsterdam. The congress will bring together the global systems and control community to exchange knowledge, share the latest scientific developments, and foster new ideas, collaborations and connections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amsterdam is an inspiring and highly accessible destination, combining a rich cultural heritage with excellent international connectivity. Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, one of Europe\u2019s major international airports, offers direct connections to destinations around the world. The Amsterdam RAI Convention Centre<\/strong>, where the congress will take place, is ideally located just 13 minutes from Schiphol Airport and 9 minutes from the city centre. With its own train and metro station and a tram stop directly outside, the venue is exceptionally easy to reach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With its iconic canals, world-class museums, vibrant atmosphere and pleasant summer climate, Amsterdam provides an ideal setting for an international congress and offers participants plenty of opportunities to explore the city and the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
