Special (Invited) Sessions – Call for Proposals
Special (invited) sessions consist of 5 to 10 thematically related papers contributed by invited authors. Each proposal should include a concise abstract of purpose.
Proposals must be submitted by the prospective organizers, who will serve as Chairs or Co-Chairs of the session. Organizers are expected to actively promote the session and oversee the peer-review process for the invited papers.

Please make sure to select “(Open) Invited Session Proposal” as the submission type.
Submission Deadline for Special Session Proposal: June 10, 2025
Each proposal should include the following information:
Title of the special session
Name(s) and affiliation(s) of the organizer(s)
Short biography of each organizer
Email address of the main contact person
Abstract summarizing the theme and scope of the session
Tentative list of potential participants (including titles and names)
Titles and abstracts of the invited papers (optional)

Submission of Special Session Papers:
Invited papers included in special sessions must be submitted and reviewed through the same process as regular contributions. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
Please note that invited papers should be submitted as “Invited Paper” via the same submission link above.
