Steps for Submitting Special (Invited) Session Proposals

(1)  Access the official website of PaperCept submission system: https://ifac.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl

(2) Find the slot of HMS 2025 and log in:

(3) All organizers and authors of the special (invited) sessions should register accounts of the PaperCept submission system.

(4) Next, the organizer could log in with PIN and password:

(5) If the organizers and authors have registered, click “Submit a contribution to HMS 2025”

(6) Select (Open) Invited Session Proposal slot and click “Submit”

(7) Fill in the title of the Special (Invited) Session

(8)  Please fill in the number of proposers, which refers to the number of session chairs and co-chairs. The organizer will also need to provide the PINs of the proposers. Therefore, we kindly ask all chairs and co-chairs to register in the system in advance, as you will need a PIN to complete this step. Once you have obtained your PIN, you can click “Check” to verify it. Afterward, please select the corresponding proposer.

(9)  Click to choose an ordered set of keywords

(10)  Fill in the abstract and click “Next”.

(11)  Submit the proposal file.
