Registration

Online Registration is now open

Upon completing the registration, corresponding authors can expect to receive an email confirmation. This email will include a unique code necessary for paper submission. It’s important to note that issuing this code may take up to 24 hours following the registration.

Registration Fees Include:

  • Access to the Welcome Reception
  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • Access to the poster area
  • Lunch and coffee/tea breaks for the duration of the symposium
  • One (1) conference dinner ticket

All attendees should register for the conference.
The conference registration does not include Pre-workshop activities. A separate registration for pre-workshop activities is required.

Note for authors of accepted papers:
Upon completing the registration, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address provided. This email will contain a code necessary for submitting your paper.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to receive this email following your registration. To ensure a smooth submission process, we advise completing the registration form and finalising your payment at least one business day prior to the paper submission deadline.

Regular registration allows an upload of up to 2 final papers to the Proceedings.
Student registration allows an upload of up to 1 final paper to the Proceedings.

Additional paper upload: $200.

Registration for pre-workshop activities is now open.

Registration fees
Normal registration for each short course: 500 AUD (Inc. GST)
Normal registration for each industry forum: 100 AUD (Inc. GST)
The 7th IFAC Workshop attendees receive 50% discount for short courses and 100% discount for Industry forums. For receiving your discount code, please provide the IFAC workshop registration confirmation to m.yahyaei@uq.edu.au.

The short courses will proceed if there are minimum of 15 registrations. If the courses do not go ahead because of low registration, full refund will be provided to paid registrations.
